Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your item(s) to us within 14 days of informing us of your decision to cancel your order.

Conditions for Returns:
• Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel.
• You must return all items, including any free gifts that were provided with the original order, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
• Returns are made at your own cost, unless we specifically stated at the time of purchase that we would provide free returns.

How to Return:
• You must use an established delivery service to send the goods back to us.
• Please retain a receipt or proof of postage that clearly shows when and where the return was sent.
• If you fail to provide proof of return and we do not receive the goods or receive them outside of a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to withhold your refund.
• To generate a return please head over to your customer account.

Once we receive the returned items in acceptable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method as soon as possible.
